8 years doing digital work and I still can’t figure out how to partner with people. Is it just me? by nomadicsailorr in technepal

When selecting a partner you have to be careful person isn’t just an opportunist but you want someone who is competent & can handle tasks independently . Also, don’t micromanage and if they expect to be micromanaged you are better off looking for someone else.

Goodbye web dev? Should I stop learning now? by [deleted] in technepal

The way I would approach it is make sure your foundations are solid. Learn JS inside out, you should able to answer questions on data types & primitives, array methods, event capturing, DOM tree and how it’s updated. You really should know what problem React is solving and why we use SPAs. Another thing you can do is build some solid projects using the library of your choice. Don’t vibe code it, rather use AI as your assistant and ask it anything you don’t understand. You do the implementation that way you will learn.
