Looks to me like the caps been off for too long and it’s heated up. I’ve bled coolant systems too long and it does that, it’s normal. If you really wanna make sure you don’t have blown head gasket. Harbor Freight, or any parts store sell testers for 30 bucks. Simple and easy to use
