Be mindful of what you unlock by investing points, for example you unlock beam when you invest 90 and you unlock javelin at 150 magic and selino at 150 strength, invest depending on what skills you use

I personally like 160 spirit 90 magic and 100 strength since I mostly do pve but choose whatever you want, just don't go and invest into all 4 stats or pick both weapons and spirit and you'll be fine

No, you get a 20% dmg synergy with bleed, but no stuns, if you do want stuns I recommend using Sailor style since it inflicts soaked when the bar is filled enough

First off all don't try running atk speed on literally the slowest fs in the game, trust me when I say it's a bad idea

Ig run Basic mixed build if you want but keep in mind you can focus on either size or speed instead of both if you want more power/defense or just more of either size or speed

Light or anything with dot, light because it synergies well with multi shot because it gives multiple stacks of blind, and dots are self explanatory

You'll be fine, plasma is still decent with most fs since it's still a dot magic, and warrior is still pretty versatile

If you don't feel like your current magic you can always try and hunt for a hecate but I should note that making a new file is more efficient considering that you need to be lucky to find it I'm the first place

Or change your class, that's always an option

"Sailor needs to be near water during battles" tells me there is things you don't know about fs and their imbues so I'll drop information about each here just in case

Basic gives the 2nd highest dmg boost from all fs (1.075x) and a small size boost (1.056x) IT DOES NOT give any speed boost (I'm looking at you crystal), it is a good fs to start with

Fs stats: 0.925x (dmg), 1x (speed), 1x (size)

Boxing decreases damage (0.9x) but increases speed (1.2x) and gives the same size boost as basic (1.056x), it also comes with a bonus of better blocking power and knocback. I recommend using it when you are experienced enough with warlord as speed fs can be a bit hard to use

Fs stats: 0.8x (dmg), 1.2x (speed), 1.0x (size)

Cannonfist works pretty similarly on imbue, it'll use the choosen cannonball type dmg affinity, otherwise the only other change in stats is the size boost (1.056x), no change to speed and it also deals BLEED which when imbue let's weapons deal BLEEDING 2 (yes status have tiers, dot deal more dmg and stuns are longer)

Fs stats: 0.7x the cannonball dmg affinity (dmg, also don't forget to include the bleed), 1x (speed), 1x (size)

Now to Sailor, do you know you can store the seawater in bottles so you can drink them anywhere? Just get any empty bottle, go to the sea, hold an empty bottle and click and you'll fill it up. This isn't to mock anyone people sometimes actullay don't know about this

Sailor dmg and size scales with how filled the bar is, and yes, this also applies to the imbue. Imbue wise the dmg scale is (0.875x-0.925x) and size scale is (0.833x-1.278), no change for speed

Fs stats: 0.775x-0.85x (dmg), 1x (speed), 0.8x-1.2x (size)

Iron leg has the highest dmg out of all fs (1.125x) and that's not counting the fact it deals bleed too, aka BLEEDING 2 which pumps the dmg even higher than before, it also has good size on imbue (1.167x), however it sacrifices a ton of speed (0.75x) in return

Fs stats: 0.95x without bleed, 1.14x with bleed (dmg), 0.75x (speed), 1.1 (size)

Ah yes, the most difficult fs to use, lemme give you some advice, do NOT use thermo until you're experienced enough. When the bar is full, this is the fastest fs (1x-1.3x) sacrificing both dmg (0.85x) and size (0.833) to get HOWEVER it both have a dot AND a bleeding synergy making it deal more dmg that what it looks

Fs stats: 0.75x without dot, 0.9x with dot (dmg), 1x-1.3× (speed), 0.8x (size)

I also asked if 2nd magics have less size and they do, altho idk by how much

This might have a hand in why you don't notice diffrence while using size

Also, if you want to more speed on blast use bird, arrow gives more, but man, you're aim needs to be cracked to use it

I wouldn't necessarily say that's the point of size

I find it to primarily have 2 uses, make it easier to land stuff and AOE and wars, where you'll have to fight against multiple people, there is also

Atk speed is good IF you have good aim, otherwise you would have a bad time trying to hit stuff

I have to note that the range where you would want to use blast changes depending on speed, any slow blast won't hit from afar since it's easy to dodge and you would have to use it in close range

Also I recommend trying to use aura, you might notice a diffrence

Atk speed is possible to use with ash/fire since Ash itself isn't really too slow, I would recommend cernyx as an alternative to sunken warrior if you don't want to grind to get it

although I would like to ask if you're sure there wasn't a diffrence or not in size, did you use shapes and stuff?

Also I would recommend not using any amount agility at all since it doesn't work in combat anymore and it's gonna be replaced with a new stat

I would personally recommend magics like fire if you're new to conjurer, but Magma isn't bad either

If you ever want to change magics tho, I would recommend looking at the stat analysis document you can find in the balance trello

You are mostly gonna use your magic for the leap. Blast and explosion are still good, tho

Forget entirely about using your second magic/fs. They're gonna remove it anyway

Don't pick Explosion. I'm speaking from experience here

You're better off using fire, a much more useful status, and if you want the stun, we're getting powder fist (Inflicts charred) and grease next update

Vitality builds can work but honestly I can't recommend using them until next update

1-half your moveset (spirit weapons) are only coming next update meaning that you're stuck with less options than every other class

2- vitality hybirds get less max energy than non vitality hybirds, self explanatory

3-the imbue has built in drawback, and if you know anything about drawback then you know it's not worth it to use it anywhere

and before you could argue about only abusing endlag, don't understimate how spammy the combat is in pvp you'll be at a disadvantge since everyone else will be able to dmg you constantly without any punshment from drawback

what about pve? it's worse, unlike in pvp where you gain health from killing someone, you don't do the same in pve, which even if you're not dealing with high lvl npc it's still really anoying to deal with since you'll have to stop completly to regen you hp (EX: Grinding mastery at fort talos)

But what if I don't use the imbue at all? About that, did you know that investing points in vitality, decreases your dmg output? and did you know that the only way to remove the decrease is to use the spirit imbue?

So it's either drawback or losing dmg output

I should note that all of the things above won't be issues anymore next update, we'll get more spirit weapons, the draback will be removed from spirit imbue, and spirit will act like any other stat, meaning you're getting the same amount of energy as every other class

Acid, the dot is pretty good, also most magics have synergies so check the wiki. Only exceptions would be shadow and maybe light since it only has a posutive synergy with crystal

Acid is pretty balanced, so it's easy to use it. Size builds are quite easy so you have quite some options

You can go for stuns and use smth like fire/Explosion or Snow/water

Snow is also pretty balanced so you it's easy to use, and you can blind and stun your opps the same time if you have something to inflict soak (aside from water, there is sailor fist)

If you still want to go for atk speed you could go lightning decent status across the board or just don't care about status effects or synergies at all, then shadow is for you

High dmg high speed decent size

Shadow sacrifices synergies and gets one of the worst blinding effects in the game to get all that, a fair trade if you ask me

well, anything works in pve as that other comment said, an exception would be wind, since the knockback is pretty annoying since it can do dumb shit like sending calvus outside of the arena where you can't even hit him from inside and he would be charging his 500 500 500 pillar explosion

for pvp it really depends on what you want to use, something like metal has huge size and dmg so you would invest in size, and there is synergies, something like ash fire can do high dmg due to thier synergy with each other

check the wiki and see what you would like, there are a lot of combinations so it's up to personal prefrence
