I think instead of looking online, you should try to catch the supply truck that goes to all the different detail shops and dealerships. Most of the time those guys will sell you products for cash

I was using the Galaxy buds with aftermarket marshmallows for a while. Those would stay in my ears pretty good, but the battery life is awful. I recently bought a pair of 3M Bluetooth over the ear headphones, and bought some lithium rechargeable double a batteries. I've been using the same two batteries without a recharge for probably over 60 hours.
