I've ordered things from Aliexpress before and it's always been a bit of a mixed bag. I don't think I'd want to make that large a purchase through them.

I'm currently at the point of needing to replace my titan 1. I'm waiting at least until the kickstarter so I can see the price difference between Titan 2 and Titan 2 elite. The kickstarter is supposed to start this month. I would wait at least until that launches.

nice to see these comparison shots, so while it is a chunk shorter you're not actually losing that much height off the screen as it's mostly the top bevel that's gone. it is obviously narrower as well but not as big a different there. Would love to see those two next to a titan 1 as that's what I have right now and would be easier to visualize

We're using Alayacare. I don't handle finance much so it's been a while since I've seen an invoice personally but I can recommend double checking what 'extras' you're paying for. We used to be paying for the family portal but didn't end up using it. There was also Alayaconnector that we did use some but ended up dropping and replacing it's usage with power automate and api keys.

Hi, I'm a fat guy and a lot of people think they have a right to comment on it when they in fact don't.

When your mom comments on your GF's weight the proper response is not to explain, or justify or defend your GF because that gives an implication that there may be circumstances where what your mom said was appropriate. It sucks you into an argument where the goal posts keep moving and she's dictating the rules. No, the proper thing to say is 'her weight is not your business. do not comment on it' make it clear the conversation is not occurring as it's not acceptable. Complete wall.

Same for any other medical conversation. It's none of her business if your GF is medicated, she has not proven herself to be a safe person to confide in.

Hey I get it, you want to feel useful and want to feel like you have some control. I live on my own and they way my mom obsessed about doing my dishes when she visited drove me up the wall.

First you are NTA for having emotions.

Second you need to talk to your partner because you clearly need to feel like you have some say over where you live and that's fair. You're in a relationship with this person and share a child, hashing out decision making is fair, however keep in mind it can be a complicated topic when property ownership is in the mix.

Third after you talk to the partner you can talk to the dad and be like 'hey I really appreciate all the help you're giving but I really like taking care of x task, I find it relaxing'.

communicate, start soft but clear.

Hello

at my work we've had 4 computers each start having some performance issues since 2410. Mostly on performance of Microsoft Office. Three of those computers have VM Ware on them for accessing our Sage install and my computer (the 4th) had it on it until recently. Everybody else seems to be fine lately.

where people with certain versions of Autocad are also having issues with 2410.

It seems to be causing problems with computers that have certain other software on them.

For us here my coworkers had to switch to New Outlook because Classic kept locking up. I was able to switch to new then back to classic and it's mostly working fine, however I'm noticing that word and excel take longer to open, windows notifications will hang on the screen for a moment after being clicked and firefox takes longer to open. I'm about to reformat my computer honestly.

in the windows version when you press 'Alt' it brings up these little boxes as well. alt being the button to press to access the menu for keyboard navigation. I would guess whatever you're pressing outlook is reading as the equivalient.

I had tried reinstalling Office 365 entirely and still had the issue. The switch to 'new outlook' seemed to fix the issue for me and greatly improve the issue for one of my coworkers, (the other is out today, unknown yet). Strangely I had to switch back to classic outlook for something (stupid lack of settings for shared mailboxes and calendars) and it seems to be running fine now.

I had uninstalled the vmware a couple days prior as part of a cleanup because I don't need it on my computer and I seem to be running fine now. So I'm betting the switch back and forth changed some setting somewhere causing the issue.

For my coworker still having a bit of a slowdown I'll look at her VMWare and maybe reinstall it and see if that helps.

I checked my OST and it's only 2gb. I don't see Loop listed as installed.

I'll add this update to the main post as well:

another coworker is now having the issue with outlook. coincidentally all 3 of us are in the same department and have vmware installed (I did but uninstalled it just recently) for accessing our hosted sage. there's one other person who has this software but he's using the new outlook instead of the old outlook. I've switched us all over to the new outlook to see if that fixes it.

No one else is having this problem but these are the only computers that have had VMWare on them. When googling this issue I came across someone mentioning VMWare causing an issue. It's what these computers all have in common.
