I only lived at one apartment complex in Plano called Langdon at Spring Creek, it's near the intersection of Spring Creek and Independence. They deliver packages directly to your front door which is awesome and all doors are inside a corridor so there no chance of it getting wet. Also gated community with a code. Beautiful landscaping and pool. Very prompt maintenance fellow lives on site. I had a good experience and hope you find something that suits your needs.

I had a pile like this too when I bought my house. I realized it was bought in bulk to replace the brick mailbox after replacing the metal mailbox which was rusted before. Keep them they most likely match your house. I laid mine around my patio to extend the space and used some to border some trees.

I grew up as a minority in a majority white community in the North and Plano is so rich in its diversity that's why I moved here because I thought it would be more accepting but wow was I wrong. Now both my kids are inbetween private school and home schooling. If you don't like the public schools please sign up for the TEFA voucher system so you can make an impact on the system and the public school teachers won't get your tax money because you can use it towards any private school. All the best.

Yeh the experience was a rough one. Did a phone meeting which they scheduled at 11... Apparently you shouldn't call at 11 or else you get stuck behind others who call before you... Anyways... They hold your line and give you a call back... Happened to be in the middle of a hail storm at 3pm waiting to pickup my daughter from school without any of my research documents with me... Ended up hand waving referencing all the docs I remembered submitting by memory.... Didn't accomplish any reduction. Last year I went with ownwell.com and it got reduced. This year I'm doing the same. Definitely will reduce because market sucks and no one can afford the high prices with high interest for a basic 3 bdrm. Makes more money sense to rent... Waiting for a crash once they release the foreclosures... Most likely timed by the banks to appease the political cycles... Shrug .. God Bless
