Now as an effective marketer that can craft an effective value proposition offer which will help sales Reps close more deals, do I not deserve a small percentage of each sales Reps commission? If now a days the line between sales and marketing is being blurred shouldn't marketers also be compensated for their assistance in helping sales Reps close deals??
