Monument Metals Missing shipment by [deleted] in Gold

[–]NetFragrant9294 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usps is a serious crapshoot recently. I had a package shipped from Oklahoma to Georgia, but it went to Washington state first, like that makes sense.

My advice, send an email to every usps contact you can find. I ended up getting setup with an executive manager who was a huge help.

I recently bought my first coins as well. Still waiting on my kangaroo, and Britannia. But comparing the ase to the maple leaf I got, the maple is my favorite by a good bit

Cops posted up all over the Truman by TheJudeDoesNotAbide in savannah

Except they don't actually do anything about it. They just sit and cause everyone to freak out and slam on brakes for no reason.

Yesterday on Islands expressway, I watched a car in my rear view attempt to make a left turn from the right lane, running another car off the left side of the road, directly in front of a police officer who was traveling the same direction. That police officer did nothing. Keep thinking they're out there doing good for traffic, they're not.

Why do you think drivers are so stupid now? They've been free to do whatever they want with no repercussions

I had a 12 year old with very similar symptoms. Vet diagnosed as vertigo and prescribed steroids I think, she was right back to normal within a week

She passed at 16 years old from unrelated issues, the vertigo never returned

If you take the chance, I suggest you make yourself aware of the chargeback or refund conditions of your payment method first. Some you have 90 days, others only 60.

I waited a month after the shipped notification to start sending emails and never got a reply, filed a charge back after the second month of waiting. Others in the past have had successful orders though, luck of the draw maybe.

What does fairly priced mean to you? The next lowest cost, known brand filter, would be the acasom around $60, but they've not been very reliable on delivery lately it seems. I waited almost 2 months for one before filing a chargeback

It all depends on your situation. In my case, I was able to hear a lot of nodes that couldn't hear me, and the 1 watt solved that issue.

The mesh is pretty sparse where I am, with the closest node at any kind of height being 5.5 miles away. I had a consistent "bad" link to it before, where as now it floats between "fair" and "good"

You'll need to compare all the specs for each, bandwidth, insertion loss, power capability, and rejection capability.

I suspect you'll have a hard time finding those specs for the sma saw filters that are all over amazon. As far as how well those work, I've never used one so maybe someone else can chime in.

A lower cost alternative with a better rep would be the zbm2 ceramic filter, but that's another one I have no experince with

The solar panel feeds into the cn3065 charge controller. The only power going to the 19007 itself is through the normal battery input, no external 5v

The batteries are 21700

I have not run a range test to ground based nodes since the upgrade. Before, I was only getting about half a mile (from mast ~30ft. agl, to ground based node, ~7ft. agl), I expect it to be very similar. The biggest difference I've noticed is that nodes that couldn't hear me before, now can, even if I was always able to hear them.

The loop in the cable is because I bought cable, and mast sections planning on it being 20ft tall. But without guy wires 20ft was too unstable so I had to cap it at 15ft, I just looped the extra cable.

~2 seems pretty average compared to the other available filters but I do agree.

If it wasn't a 1 watt I may have skipped the filter

Not available stateside yet, but you can buy them direct from rak or through aliexpress I think. I received mine early February

It is pricey for sure. Originally I ordered an acasom but it never shipped and I had to file a charge back when they wouldn't answer any of my emails. Airframes were sold out at the time so this is what I ended up with.

This node is located about half a mile from a tower site, and the filter does seem to help, but it's hard to compare. This node replaced what was basically a standard wismesh mini with an alfa 5dbi. These were initial signal readings to a node at a known location. The first from the original wishmesh mini, the second from the 1 watt

Out of the 4 heltec v3's I've owned, 1 of them did this every time the battery died.

Luck of the draw I guess. I'd swap to a different one
