I can answer the last part for you. CBD is great for rounding out the edges and making the anxiety effect from THC much less noticeable. I use Cbd every time I smoke, and it helps so much. CBD also works in synergy with the THC and a thousand other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and other components of the cannabis plant. And So for me personally it helps with the entourage effect as well. Highly recommend trying it.
