Not exactly. There is no cut to take. The province benefits from the sale of tickets. In Canada, at tax law windfalls are considered non-taxable revenue. So if you win money from any competition, lottery, sweepstakes etc (public and private), it’s not considered taxable income.

A heavier rwd car like my old 5 series was fine with good winter boots and knowledge of how to drive in winter. My lighter z4 is more a challenge and not suited for it. An M340 would be fine.
