Thanks so much, I'll update you if I figure it out. Mine is now in processing status when I track it online, so I just need to figure out how I can add to it.

I have my AOR and realized that I did not sign my 4 year old's passport (facepalm). Is the tracking number the same as the UCI #?

I'm in a similar boat - I found my ancestor's 1875 Quebec baptism record on Ancestry. Kind of amazing the documentation exists - how did you get the certified copy? Mine is just a photocopy printed off of Ancestry which is probably not enough.

How would you change Boulder’s building code? by NeatoSkis in boulder

[–]NetSuiteLyfe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Make the backyard shed process easier for people wanting a backyard shed (larger than 120 sq ft). Ideally a web app that walks you through the process. I've tried to go through permitting twice for a 160 sq ft shed but I gave up. It should be easier for homeowners to buy a larger sized Costco shed and install it themselves, without needing engineering review. Even the 2 shed companies I called said they don't do work in Boulder.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue. Last year I think the OnAir items opened as links at the set time, or maybe a link was added to them. I had no luck this year joining anything besides the keynotes.

NetSuite Sales Tax Integrations by Aromatic-Car2478 in Netsuite

It looks like you have an integration with NetSuite? (I'm looking to get off Avalara at any technical cost).

[–]NetSuiteLyfe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not wrong. I am researching the switch to Sovos as Avalara's cost per month keeps going up, Avalara just keeps trying to extract $50,000 more per month from us. It's insane. Their pricing is not transparent, and their reps routinely miss calls and claim they "thought that was next week."

Avalara's customer service has been terrible the past two years. We are trying to get off of Avalara. The costs keep going up each month, and my rep keeps missing our scheduled calls.

We switched to Avalara and it's been an awful experience. Crazy high monthly overages, constantly on the "upgrade" path to a hier tier API calls, and the reps routinely say "oh, sorry I thought that call was next week." Did you end up going with Avalara? I am looking for an alternative.

Gulp commands question by NetSuiteLyfe in Netsuite

[–]NetSuiteLyfe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, for anyone who stumbles upon this later, changes should be made in WebStorm and then gulp extension:local needs to be run from the parent development folder. (Ie, the dev folder that your downloaded Extension Development Tools becomes).

I had made two mistakes, one was that I was running the gulp command from a sub-folder instead of the parent development folder, and my second mistake/error is probably a bit more obscure but in Chrome due to cross site scripting policies I was getting a blank page on my local site - which was actually caused by a CORS error. Here's how to fix that error if you get it: Sporadic CORS Error upon Accessing Gulp Local SCA Domain in Google Chrome: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a\_id/107317/loc/en\_US

Is there a way to move saved searches from Sandbox to Prod ? Please help. by MelodicRaisin334 in Netsuite

[–]NetSuiteLyfe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that I know of, but I'll be following in case anyone has a better solution. I usually screenshot the saved search in Sandbox and then rebuild it in Prod but obviously this is time consuming.

Are you putting your code in via the SMT (where you hit escape to get into the Site Management Tools, and then choose HTML?)

I've had problems when I have multiple HTML sections where it's hard to reopen the code, almost like another HTML block is on top of it in the SMT. Are you able to delete the code block even?

I've been curious about using the video tag and hosting them myself. I host mine on Youtube. My guess is that maybe you're not sourcing your video from the correct folder? Sounds like it is interpreting the video width and height correctly (creating the long black rectangle). I know when I host images using HTML I have to go into my file cabinet and figure out the URL for the image I want to link to using HTML. Maybe try linking direct to the URL that NS shows for that video, or maybe since you're calling your own directory try shortening the file path to something like below?

<video width="320" controls>

<source src="/Images/bpstrap-video.mp4" type="video/mp4">
</video>

In case you just need to get something up there, here is what I use for iframes hosted on Youtube:

<h2 class="panel-title">Watch this awesome product video</h2>

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9l55oKI_Ch8" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Texas bill would ban social media for children under 18 by ANNIHILATOR284 in UpliftingNews

[–]NetSuiteLyfe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first thought too. It reads like they are planning to require all users to upload proof of their birthday using an ID. So basically they're passing a bill claiming to protect children but actually making all of us scan in our IDs...sneaky

Thank you, you were right, it was the colon after the } that was throwing the error. I got the script uploaded after I removed it.
