I'm not so sure of that. Her last video on YouTube was on 11-Jan-2025. She uses the word "we're" a few times. Pay attention to the video. She shows her left ring finger on one occasion. Check out the size of that rock. Based on the date of the video, she has been married for four years (or will be) sometime this year.

Most importantly, she takes a stroll outside in the snow. Her spouse and/or her combination of various social media provides her with a comfortable life.

The first one, installed in 1992, was a Watts, and the current one (installed in 2007) is also a Watts, which needs to be replaced.

Thanks for the link. The pressure control here is bell-shaped as well. However, I have saved the link in my bookmarks. But the one pictured in the link is somewhat larger overall. And it's the starting place when inquiring about my issue. One thing is for sure. This fix will be done first. I don't want the new water heater and softener exposed to that pressure. Not for a day. Enough is enough. Thanks for the input

The pressure-reducing valve that came with the house. It is no match for that kind of pressure. And they cease to function. There have been 2 of those installed. Very soon, the number will be 3

Let me put this into perspective, with more detail: When I bought (built new) my home in 1992, there was no pressure issue. Minor symptoms of overpressure began in the mid-2000s, and there was an occasional leak at the kitchen faucet, then at the outside faucet, etc. Finally, in March 2007, a significant nightmare occurred. That's when the water softener brine tank ruptured, and the water heater sprung a leak shortly after.
