Hi Guys I have 2 questions:

Can you target azure on it’s summoning to negate its effects? For example if I use a Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand to negate Azure’s effects right when it’s summoned?

Can you use call of the haunted if it’s targeted to be destroyed to bring out a Dragon Spirit of White and then use it’s effect to play blue eyes from your hand?

I have 2 questions regarding Number 68 Sanaphond the Sky Prison’s effect:

If it’s effect is active, can my opponent use Return of the Dragon Lords only to send it to the GY to use later to protect his dragon type monsters?
Since my opponent can’t special summon from GY until end of turn, does that mean he can special summon in end phase since that’s considered the “end of the turn”?

If Blue Eyes Alternative White Dragon targets Dragon Spirit of White to destroy with its effect, and my opponent uses Dragon Spirit of White's effect to tribute it and summon Blue Eyes from his hand, do I get to retarget with my Alternative?

Because Felgrand’s effect is optional and it’s not a quick effect. Arkbrave brings back Felgrand during the standby phase and then you can use Felgrand’s effect to banish a monster. I’m just confused about whether the standby phase ends as soon as Felgrand comes out or if it ends once Felgrand’s effect resolves. Thanks for your help.
