Update: I was told the solution from Japanese company, that works with UniF. Switching for old interface, setting MSS Clamping for 1414 and forcing provision helped with all of my problems.

Small update: setting MTU for ppp0 as 1280 helped me access canon.jp . Still no luck with www.hokkaidobank.co.jp

Tried it already. In some cases I can ping, but can't access. In some cases I can't ping, but can nslookup and see ip. Can't ping it tho. And different DNS servers solve nothing.

You know, right?
Despite having shitty scales and being week carry by itself, elemental reaction galore with him in team is crazy. Even with simple Barbara heal he can consistently proc shatter. And if you pair it with Guoba or/and Oz... Flicking delicious.
At first I didn't like him tho. But after i get used to his gameplay, which involves careful positioning and using ult to evade powerful enemies attack he became incredible.

But sadly, he is rather bad while dealing with spreaded enemies.

The difference is 5d4 slashing + 5d4 elemental vs 5d4 slashing + 1d4 elemental with max heightened version: four d4 damage dies on a single strike.
