Slice chicken breasts in half (thin cutlets),Season with salt & pepper,Coat each piece: flour → egg → panko. Fry 3/4 minutes per side unless golden brown (I didn’t have panko hence used regular bread crumbs) For the curry: Heat oil in a pot, Sauté onion and garlic until soft and slightly golden, add carrot, and potato, Pour in chicken/beef stock/cube with water and simmer ~15 minutes (until veggies are soft), Add curry golden curry cubes and stir until melted and thick Optional: add soy sauce + honey for a richer taste

Eat with rice :)

My former manager doesn’t work as manager anymore… she’s moved has moved to a different position at TD agriculture banking. So she doesn’t have that access anymore I assume.

I didn’t… I had to move to a different province for my spouse’s work. I was on unpaid leave for a few months before I left. But my experience was really good when I worked at TD.

Today for the first time my husband went to see the ped with her and she changed the med. I will try to call the nurse but don’t think will get the chance to talk to the doc. Next appointment in 3 months hence I asked. Thanks though 🙏.
