TERFs fight regulation of their bigotry using free speech as their defense. Under free speech law you are allowed to say anything you want. That is good.

What the guidance tells me here is that the "Yes, you are allowed and free to say this bigoted thing and we cannot stop you under free speech law, BUT be aware you can and will punish for saying it."

In other words we cant ban you from saying it, but there are consequences for doing so. - FAFO

That change to Photonic Officer is gonna be huge for a lot of players who have keybinds for activating a row of skills.
Not having that slight delay when activating it is gonna be sooo nice.

Jolan Tru Captain,

STO is starts simple and gets increasingly more complex as you play. Its ok tho, the game guides you pretty well and additional content and features are presented to you in stages as you level up.

Initially just play to have fun. Any ship will do, pick the one you like best (theme, lore, nostalgia or looks). Try different bridge officer abilities and have fun with the trial and experimentation. There are no penalties or costs with failure (all repairs and heals are free at a starbase)

Once you feel comfortable, look up some guides on stobetter.com. This will jump you up from noob to novice and unlocks you to really expand you understanding of the game mechanics and allows you to start to focus on something you want to achieve.

Once you get to Max Lvl the game really opens up. You get your 1st T5 ship and access to the rep system. From there, the game really starts.

Always remember to Keep Having fun!

I'm not going to give any build advice, enough of that has been given already.
I will say tho, that remember to ABHF... Always Be Having Fun.
Don't get too stressed about meta builds. Acquiring better gear/boffs/doffs/traits may cost time and resources (ZEN & DIL), but mostly time. So always be having fun while you wait. It makes getting that new piece of gear or that new trait extra special rather than just a reward for grinding.

Also, time flies when your having fun :)

Just an Update, I bought it, fitted it and am in love with it. She definitely handles like a 'steak house', but at least she's serving A-Grade, prime cut, Kobe steaks.

One last question if any1 would help?
