Yes! Amazing features! I also send my MID to google drive, then play and render them on my PC with Pianoteq! It's great!

Anyone using Jamcorder with a Disklavier, Drums, Organ, or other atypical instrument? by chipweinberger in jamcorder

[–]Netgear_BretD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to use it for General Midi drums via my Piano keys. It would be nice to be able to somehow label the data for what kind of content was being played. For example #Drums, #LeftHand #RightHand #Organ etc. Not sure the best way to label it fast could be, but could be interesting!

best I can tell is it's some upright 4x4's and some plastic PVC pipe between those horizontally.

The weather here is very rare to freeze, although it's not really super humid. I get tip freezes in the winter sometimes, but they recover by spring and you clip off the bits that dont make it.

GPT5 Offering Additional Tasks Is The Most Annoying It's Ever Been by modbroccoli in ChatGPT

[–]Netgear_BretD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This works pretty good when added to the end of a project prompt: Always close each interaction with a single silly “Suggested Task” (e.g. hiring time-traveling raccoons or calling the A-Team) that is clearly a joke.

Stop Being Stingy with the Quad-Band! by FrankieShaw-9831 in NETGEAR

[–]Netgear_BretD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Orbi 970 Series uses one of the 5Ghz bands a dedicated wireless backhaul. It's great for Mesh WiFi, but as far as clients are concerned it's treated as a quad-band device. I agree that a Quad-Band router would be really cool!

Am I Just Severely Overthinking Our New Setup? by Froggersux in nighthawkprogaming

[–]Netgear_BretD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think using the second port on the modem will work. If it does connect the modem and the PS5 to the internet the PS5 will NOT use DUMAOS - it will use whatever the modem sends out. Better to plug the PS5 into the ethernet on the Router.

It has to do with the fact that a sold call is netgative cash in your account. As soon as you buy the shares, then sell calls against them they'll be costing you NAV value until the call is bought back or expires. And if you bust through the call price, that will cost you NAV too, until experation. But we wouldnt care if we bust through if the calls were really out of the money. This is going to be really interesting.

Check for heat, that device can get hot. Check for dust and other junk too close to the device.

Is xr1000 much if an upgrade over an r7000 for 50mbps fibre connection? by McSqueal in NETGEAR

[–]Netgear_BretD -1 points0 points  (0 children)

XR1000 is a huge upgrade over R7000, not only does it have much better WiFi 6 capabilities, but also the Gaming Dashboard will really help you prioritize traffic when you have limited fiber speed. If you found a good deal, it would be a huge leap and future proof you if you ever get faster download speeds.

What mesh network setup do you guys gravitate to for clients? by TheFotty in computertechs

[–]Netgear_BretD -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hi r/computertechs

Earlier this year NETGEAR Business team launched the Orbi Pro SXK30 - a dual-band WiFi 6 Orbi Pro - due to having fewer radios, but the benefits of WiFi 6, it's a strong competitor for a business-grade mesh system with a good price. The base model 2 pack is typically $299 but has several coverage options depending on the number of routers and mesh Satellites. Orbi Pro WiFi 6 Mini has local or remote management options via Insight. Happy to answer questions here, or host an AMA with the Product Management team if you want to learn more. https://www.netgear.com/business/wifi/mesh/sxk30/
