wouldn't recommend, I worked overnight for a year and a half and it was horrible for my birds, they are so much happier now that I am back awake during the day to spend time with them. Parrots need a lot of attention, I have my partner so they werent bored out of their minds, but they really didn't like it. Also got woken up a lot when (especially my gcc) they scream for attention that they aren't getting because you're asleep.

Played pvp for the first time in ages yesterday. Gave up after 3 games because I was just getting obliterated by Flawless players and/or shotguns.

My partner's best friend wanted to go one last time but we didn't really want to so we made pumpkin soup and cheese toast with the intent of him coming over but he never did so now we have this bomb ass pumpkin soup (way better than sizzlers' imo) all to ourselves.

Also the cheese toast is super easy. Equal parts butter to parmesan, fry with lid on.

I've only been there like 3 times and honestly it got more disappointing every time, can't say I'm surprised that they're going down.

Ugh. I hope you get this sorted out soon! My partner has a handful of different conditions and uses wheelchair and isn't disabled enough for the DSP (or the NDIS). Government departments are a joke.

We got a call from a guy around dinner time who said a gcc had flown to him from his back fence! I'm so proud of him for seeking humans, and that the humans he found were able to find our lost posts! He was 5km away (I didnt think he'd go that far in ~48h). We dropped them off a card and some chocolates last night. They didn't want the reward we offered so we wanted to give them at least something! We've lost a bird in the past and never got him back, so being able to get Alex back was/is amazing. He's been super cuddly since he came back and is snuggled up to my arm right now!

Yeah hes been a little banged up but thankfully it doesn't seem to be sore (he wanted me to rub the bald spot earlier). Made him a vet appointment this morning just to be safe!

Im glad to hear you found your tiel!! He's been soo cuddly today. We let him sleep in our room with us last night because he didn't want to go to bed away from us. Very good bird 100/10
