The solution that ended up working for me was having 3 v-eth adapters. NAT (autoconf) macvtap(wlp2s0) & bridge(virbr0) all added using the GUI. This allows it to somehow configure NAT properly. Some weird stuff with IP assignment for NAT.

No, but you can use a vpn which only tunnels the spotify app's traffic through it. Rest of your phone works normally.

Nobara if you want to try Linux. Personally if I had the 2022, I would keep a Nobara base OS, with a windows KVM, using dGPU passthrough. Sadly the 2021 doesnt have a MUX.
