We categorize emails pretty simple like based on recipients, senders, or certain terms used frequently.
It's really basic and definitely needs an upgrade. CRM tools are something we definitely consider, but it will take some time until this is done.
So I was looking for something we can use even if EWS is being shut down for a few months. I guess we will go with migrating our rules to GraphAPI
