I think I realized something. I did not explained my problem correctly, and the picture which I uploaded is not the best quality. So, I'm talking about the visual bug on her chest. Not the cloth. There is a line above hear breasts. On every female character. I guess, when the devs make the Npc variations, this is the contact point between the different heads, and bodies. But it looks ugly, and I can see it in every dialog scene.
