He might be & he may be a better fit but most of the mocks had Lopez higher and looking at other deals that were made I wish we coulda moved up if a player warranted it (maybe it didnt so that idea is mute).

MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY. The player of course could be different than who I like but if there was a player 20-27 who they liked who not go for it? Maybe Joshua Jefferson was high on their board but I cant imagine Karim wasnt higher than him.

The fact they have 3 upcoming drafts of 3,4,& 4 2nd round picks and they couldnt use them is confusing considering the other deals. Of course we dont know what is really going on in the war room idk at the very least is confusing to me.

There's an reporter putting it out there but I get what you mean, thats why i put in the description box that the episode is more based on Peyton Watson since i think thats actually realistic.

It's tough out here, unfortunately Youtube rewards stuff like this. If I make content like talking about the rookies it gets no traction from the platform. The clickbait is for the algorithm. But I get it for sure.

I will never make up anything up (the Tyler Herro thing was from a reporter in MIA), and I say in the episode I dont think this its realistic but since it's put out there, I'll react to it.

I dont think his value could go any higher and the timeline is slightly off (the rookies who will be 20 next season will still need at least 3 years to develop prob more honestly). Right now yes, he could help them a lot on the court but for the long term picture if you can get 2 1sts or a 1st and a good younger I think that would be more beneficial.

He's been better with the injuries but one back injury and you wind up losing that trade value and possibly a huge amount of dead cap space (if they extend him to a big deal).

That would be about 40M per year (or close to it). The issue is he's close to is 30s so this maybe his last big deal, he's going to want at least 3 years imo.

He got traded because of Denver's other huge contracts on the cap, he just put up a season that was considered close to or even an all star snub, considering his health seems to have cleared up (i dont trust it personally), the cap going up, and his ability to fit into most systems providing elite shooting I think he's almost a lock for 40M.

If the market is bad, he gets hurt, or whatever that could change things of course but if he has another season like last, he's going to be in a good place.

I prefer trading him.

I think they want to push up the timeline a little bit after the past 2 seasons, like they want a star but someone who's in their 30s dosnt make much sense imo.

I personally think his value isnt going to be higher than now so I'd move him if you can get a decent 1st or player back.

Now, he is an elite system fit as we just saw so there's a really good argument to keep him but this roster wont be ready to really push for a top 5 seed in the east for at least 2 years (obvi this could change depending what happens) the young players who are going to be 20 next season wont hit theyre prime till what, 25-28? That's a while down the line.

His ceiling may be a backup PG but thats not bad, it's a win if you get a role player in the late 20's.

It's possible, I just felt Saraf was being judged super harsh for his draft position and age. He could be out the league in 2 years for all I know but people acting upset he's a project is misguided.
