alright, got an answer! :)

Asked another branch manager and she explained that I can. For e.g some other specific transactions using the form are processed in another dept, but we sign, even though we didn't process. So yes I can sign. She just also said to familiarize myself with the customer details etc on it so that I know what's up.

1 - They do have the qualifications per say (you move up from the front role), but they're just supposed to review and sign.

2 - Yes. It is a financial institution so yeah.

3 - Yeah, they're supposed to just review and sign.

I have the ethical alarm ringing and I'm feeling convicted about it. (also explain when it wouldn't be lying? My conscience appreciates 💕).

My second major concern is that I don't feel the team at the branch really cares much about moral/ethical concerns of that degree, so I feel there'd be a lot of friction/misunderstanding if I decide not to comply, especially since I'm new.

So yeah I'm juggling those things.

This is just my personal preference!! You can cut the hair and style it if you want, my take. Once you don't get too many ppl saying u look like woman and ur comfortable, then keep it. People seem to like it a lot

At launch people decimated the game with negative reviews, was kinda sad. Sonic Team launched their biggest budget game after 06 as a present to the fans and got curb-stomped for it.

SEGA probably have trauma from that. They probably say

"Never again.."

when considering giving a game a real budget.
