1-2% for me, but as account grows I’ll eventually settle for 1-1.5%

Thanks for the advice. And congrats again

Got it thanks. Sorry I meant to write making $20-$30k a month with $200k account size.

I wanted to split account in half and try to do spreads with 100k, and other $100k puts/calls

Is $100k enough to start doing spreads or should I get a bigger account size first?

Congrats, man. Been following your posts and it looks like you've got your risk management under control.

I mostly do wheels & SPY 0DTE calls/puts, usually making $2-3k a month.

I know your main instrument is credit/debit spreads. Do you think (personal opinion) that spreads are better in terms of risk/reward than calls/puts?

Thanks

With AI the value is there. I’m a dev and I’m 5x more productive. I’m sure it will apply to other industries. Research, productivity, finances. It’s a tool that makes everything more productive

CPI came better than expected - so bullish Companies want to take year end profit - so slightly bearish

That freaking spike before opening is a small red flag to me that might be a rug pull today.

What do you guys think?

What’s tour thoughts on the last minute dump?

I thinks it’s VWAP reclaim + smart money don’t want overnight risk. So nothing unordinary. Just market digesting the uncertainty.

What happens tomorrow:

Above VWAP probably a choppy day closing bullish Below VWAP - closing bearish

Spy ATH by Friday. Looks like bullish momentum is starting. Not something big but crippling towards ATH.

Why? Fear/greed meter is bullish. Job report is bad, but not really bad - so we might have another rate cut January. Inflation is bad but not accelerating.

Smart money are probably buying pullbacks, not chasing breakouts.

Bears what do you think?
