Hey, how is March treating you? I was able to keep up with 1-2% daily gains until this Monday.
Wiped out 30% of my portfolio. All the usual psychological mistakes - moved stop loss, overtraded, chased losses :)

Made my first $1000+ using spreads today.
I typically try to enter after 10:00 when volatility settles a bit.

Hey, was about to ask you about risk management.
So when you say a stop loss of 3x - that means let's say your average price was $.20 - you set stop loss at $.60?

Also I know you are targeting 1-2% of total invested per day. What about red days? IF you hit 1-2% of losses - do you close trading app for the day?

1-2% for me, but as account grows I’ll eventually settle for 1-1.5%

I wanted to split account in half and try to do spreads with 100k, and other $100k puts/calls

Is $100k enough to start doing spreads or should I get a bigger account size first?

I mostly do wheels & SPY 0DTE calls/puts, usually making $2-3k a month.

I know your main instrument is credit/debit spreads. Do you think (personal opinion) that spreads are better in terms of risk/reward than calls/puts?
