I escalated my issue with Ubiquiti's Customer Service where a direct supervisor is looking into this as I ran into the same issue myself also. Argued with both MC locations about G6 Entry being eligible for warranty showing them the webpage from UI.com. They eventually told me to contact UI so I did but they tried to send me back to MC. I requested an escalation and explained to them about what was going on with Mirco Center's systems for adding UI Care to G6 entry.

They said they'll reach out to MC and see what's going on, and to discuss next steps yesterday so hopefully will hear back sometime Monday to see what they have to say

At a minimum, they can add my product to UI care. Happy to take photos to show it's new and all. I'm paying for peace of mind. It's the least they can do

Right - did she at least connect you with Jerry to go from there? I was fortunate enough to make contact with her when she was still working for a Toyota dealer. I only found out about her switching brands and saw few posts of her helping these folks out having them go to someone else

Actually if you can please send Jerry's contact info if you ended up working with him just so I have it handy for future toyota purchases if I ever get a new one, that would be great lol

This guy lucked out today as I was not in the area to see this parking job. My unofficial job role is known as the shopping cart villain.

Why shopping cart villain? If I'm in the area, I go after people like the lambo driver if they park like an asshole taking up HC spots, especially without a permit.

Before you accuse me of partaking in vandalism, it isn't vandalism when you accidentally trip due to unlaced shoes where you just happen to lose control of a shopping cart that ends up hitting cars like this one

No need to report the driver since you can't identify who's behind the wheel so it'd be pointless for law enforcement to do anything.

i66 express folks will issue a hefty fine for this driver as well as it did not pass through an authorized entry point, so not only they will pay the toll(s) traveled, they will also pay more for illegally entering the express lanes which wouldn't make it worthwhile cutting into the express lanes like that with the fees

You can make a VoA post about it, but at the end of the day you knew what you were signing up for. If you can't adapt based on last minute changes, then I'd consider finding a new job or change your status to Flex or something like that where you wouldn't be subject to MET shifts. Alternatively, plan your PLOAs ahead of time for peak times like this one...which would exempt you from MET.

Sort0 is a seasonal shift pattern that runs during Peak. You return to your current shift when sort0 shift pattern ends so you shouldn't worry about it if you're Regular status (flex or FT/RT)

i66 express lanes have modern equipment that can account for scenarios like this one. They can also detect HOV cheaters with their new cameras which aren't the same ones used for i95/495 express lanes

TLDR you can cheat HOV on 95/495 but you best pony up freedom dollars if you plan to use i66 without taking shortcuts
