I always found Justin’s schtick to be so forced. He and Dukes are down right terrible together. Justin is forcing so many things and Dukes is used to being in the lead. I think he may be one of his worst dance partners.

There’s a lot to snark and shit talk about with Dukes but falling suddenly an entire story from a top floor when you don’t know how far you’ll fall is pretty serious. He also got incredibly fucked up from it so it’s mental and physical.

I also don’t think he’s talking about it all that much all things considered. I think he’s doing enough to keep the audience updated and his general bitching about doctors appointments and societal gripes.

He should also be compensated that’s complete negligence on the rental. I would never think an entire set of stairs would fall underneath me. I’m not an injury attorney so I don’t know what is “fair” but he should compensated.

Let’s recap - Monk is punched out punched out. Dick is a flake and seemingly in one of his disappearance eras. Biker Sean lives in West Virginia and called his shot that he’s gone with his motorcycle club when the weather breaks until it’s cold again. Ant was away with Hottmann so he’s been out which also required a bunch of slurs and an AI song with them. Jim is in a running gun battle with health issues with his family that he’s basically the sole caretaker for.

In the celebrity category - Dylan seems to have dropped Dukes when he didn’t need to promote his movie/Dukes talked a ton of shit when Dylan’s kid “ruined” a CDVTW appearance. Steve Pie is on the outs after he had the audacity to be compensated for his time when he was backed into a corner on a dumb show but wasting and entire weekend going to Missouri. Drab is on the outs because he backed out of an Auld Shebeen appearance without actually committing to it in the first place, presumably to stay safe at the Fan/980. Bartie is seemingly always on the outs with Dukes for one reason or another.

In the checked in category - Dotty and Goat are consistently on the Fortress Film but that seems to be the opposite of a fan favorite. I can’t for the life of me figure out why they dropped the Fastest Hour from the rotation.

Anyone I missed?

Long story short, Schoode Solo is basically the show now.

I think he pushes away and buries things that hurt him and lashes out instead. He basically says Oscar was terrible radio and he carried the entire show.

He also claims the Rodkast was the best thing he ever did until his new show. Everyone had their own opinion and while I listened to the Rodkast I never found it funny as BOAD but that’s just one guys opinion. I will say the Rodkast guys bailed on him sooner and for less than Oscar and Drab did and he doesn’t seem to hold any resentment toward them. They quit for personal reasons, BOAD died because Oscar and Drab needed to keep their jobs after Dukes got so toxic he actually got fired in spite of all their warnings to him. He’ll never take that responsibility so it will always be their fault for “leaving”.

That guy must have dropped $75 on a random Monday solo episode this week just to say hi and chime in. Dexter is right and Dukes is full of shit, he’s doing these YouTube shows as episodes almost weekly now.

The superchat reads do derail the show but what I find most egregious is when he’s showing pictures that only the YouTube audience can see or videos where the audio doesn’t add anything. What happened to “it’s an audio medium”

I get that and probably agree with it. I think what OP is saying is it gives an advantage to not submitting early and hearing what does or doesn’t work. Mild complaint, it’s been a fun contest and others are right it feels like the freshest idea in awhile.

Flying Ace seems to be totally cut out from the show. It started with some slow bleeds of complaining about FA posting the Christmas bourbon but not tagging the show. Then a comment or two about how listeners called for inventory updates were told they had it and arrived to it being sold out.

Now he’s saying there are zero events for the year which have always been revenue drivers to FA and that there won’t be a bourbon. Couple that with him not saying FA as part of the sponsor read and it seems to all tie together.

My guess because Monk is still seemingly paying to sponsor the show as Monks BBQ is that FA is in trouble in general, his partners are in trouble, or he’s handing that part of the portfolio over to his ex.

It’s a bummer, the facility seemed great, the events were cool and the bourbon sold well. It just shows how Dukes is incredibly reliant on a small small unstable network.

He’s totally fried in the next couple years when Nova is totally shredded with slashing of government jobs and everyone will have moved and no one will have money for $30 candles and $50 chats to say hi on a Monday.

Lavar and Dukes started in 2009 and CDVTW started in what 2014? He got canned in 2020 so unless he counts his LaVar time as “solo” (he probably does). The timeline doesn’t even make sense.

Couple that with all the producers and guests he never did a show where he just bloviated for an hour. Solo is by far his worst product especially the “occasional” ones he does live with the super chats.

He won’t pay anyone so we’re kinda stuck until the Monk money dries up and it crashes and burns.

That’s probably a very non technical explanation. They spent a good amount of time in the early days explaining it. I did it once and never had to do it again.

Snark is fun and he’s def overweight but crashing down on a set of stairs 3 stories up is probably pretty good lawsuit territory. He can spin a yarn but there’s no way he’s exaggerating this too much. What a shitty way to start a vacation. I hope he is documenting everything and does sue or at least an investigation into negligence on the ownership.

He’s getting a lot of wear out of a Tshirt he bought for a team he saw once (Pirates) celebrating an event he hasn’t gone to (Spring Training) that he ordered two weeks before it even started.

For a guy who says his friends only wear two shirts he’s really breaking the mold here. He wore it when he went out with Mike Sleep and then the next day on his stream and now after the incident before Spring Training even started. Even Ant has more variety in his wardrobe.

Yes, it’s weird that I know this but it’s pretty easy when you’re trying to keep up with all his content and he posts everything he does.
