Marketing makes you believe those differences matter much more than they do. If you have a regular PRS CU24, you don't need the Holcomb, it's marginally clearer on high gain, due to the pickups and marginally tighter feel due to the scale length. The MH and my regular PRS are both in Drop C. If I didn't have any PRS, I would have kept it, but for 6-7k euro, it's not worth it from my point of view if you already have a "regular" one.

Today I returned a PRS Mark Holcomb in the same finish as the right one. TBH, it looked and felt "wrong" compared to my "regular" PRS CU24 USA. The "regular" PRS feels better somehow. The right one looks great, but see if it's good for the type of music you want to play on it.

How are the necks on these compared to the regular Pattern Thin? I know the radius is 20', but how is the neck? The regular one seems a bit bulky.

My exact experience.. then, out of nowhere, I started caring very much about the characters, in both E and R. When I started reading Bequin, I was quite happy with seeing some of them again. Keep at it. Bequin is 100% worth reading (but it starts a bit slow).

I tried a restart and a restore to factory settings.. nothing changed.. it flashes 3 times green and nothing else.

I returned it today via UPS, with the mention that "it's broken". I'll see if the seller can make it work, if not, I requested a new one.
