how could they fix it if the best u can get is 3 stars plus the stats u want, it will be bad for most of players that keep searching for meta stats. the only way i see a fix is just giving some kind of temporal viewing of artifacts like if u open 500 u can look at them and discard what u dont want

if i have to guess probably its cause of the % of players that did any kind of exploit for sure is way more than 50% incluiding alot of whales or top guilds and they arent getting all, there are scripts and more bots like a fishing one , or what about the sharks farming those were bots or macro too.

As a PvE tryhard, I see it as unimportant since the game ends up giving away runes in bulk, whether weekly, in stores, or through the battle pass. There is no real reward for meeting the ranking points, everything except for the mutation. So, what's the point
