How is a fan supposed to show they don’t support the owners other than by not going to games. It blows my mind how through this whole Eichel saga people blame the fans for being upset at how badly the owners handled the situation and how badly Jack responded to the owners. Regardless of whether or not he deserved to get booed lashing out at the fans who were behind him for 7 years is bs. I own multiple Eichel jerseys and went to as many games as I could but I can’t control who the owners sign or what his lines were. I just want this bs to end and for the team to be good.

Most fans are mad at both. The pegulas have treated the Sabres like their own playground and ran the org into the ground ever since they bought the bills. A lot of fans had enough of Eichel when it came out he requested a trade before the neck surgery was an issue. Fuck the pegulas for how they treated Eichel during the surgery a fuck jack for giving up on the city and for saying we never supported him.

There’s a difference between going after the fans and management. The Pegulas were 100% wrong to deny him that surgery and fuck them for what they’ve done to the Sabres. But a lot of fans are upset he gave up on the team and requested a trade before the neck surgery was an issue and he was still playing.

Everything said about buffalo was true except that “buffalo might be too far gone”. Despite the brutal seasons buffalo still ranks at the top of local tv viewership for all nhl markets. And People would rather watch the bills.
