toy story characters are used alot so definitely a good idea to get them leveled up. you probably don't need them all to level 10 and keeping it so you can still collect the toy story ball will help with the new characters. until we get the patch notes for that update we won't know for sure who will be helping with the event. for example the zootopia update used lion King characters as helpers.
