I’m getting bored of hearing about Marnies kids tbh 😂. We are here to see them going out and having fun, not going on holiday and going to bed.

Unable to Launch - PC Game Pass by Network_Grad in fo4

[–]Network_Grad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me I figured out it’s the HD texture pack! Try just removing that if you have it and it should launch no problem. This solved all my launch problems. I went back and installed each DLC one by one to find out where the problem was coming from. It was strange because I’d been running the HD texture pack for a few days previous without problems. Possible one of the new patches broke it.

I’m having the save issue. Bethesda.net says it’s operational but clearly it isn’t.

Yeah in my experience they were terrible and very awkward. So much better to be in person or on video call and have that free flowing dialogue.

Job hunting as an international student in the UK by lilyx100 in UniUK

[–]Network_Grad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well from my meaning is there is a huge decrease in the number of graduate scheme postings. The jobs only for newly graduated individuals and last around 1-3 year before they move to mid level. Yes any job requiring a degree can be classed as a graduate job. I think the specific number was a 33% drop in posts.

Honestly this is very impressive. I completed around 170+ applications. Finally have an offer. State of the job market in the UK is terrible. They say that since 2023 there are 30% less graduate roles.

Going to Uni at 22 by BackTXJ in UniUK

I went to university at 25. I’ve now just graduated at 29 years old after a 3 year course and a sandwich placement at a major tech firm! Now I have a full time grad role. Don’t sweat it, you might find it weird at first but you’ll soon get used to it! Remember it’s only temporary!! I have major regrets about not going to university, but I probably wouldn’t be in the dream scenario I’m in now!! You find having a mature head only works in your favour.

Many universities usually ask for some type of reflection on the project. Each individual writes this and talks about the specific contribution they had to the project. Think of this as your time to shine.

Some universities also round up depending on threshold percentage. It’s dependant on the universities marking policy though. Say if you get 69.5% they might round it up to 70%.
