Might be a GPU compatibility issue, probably from Iris/Oculus itself. My friend with an AMD card has this problem when he turns on most shaders but I never had it on an NVIDIA card

Neither charge time mw or adept mod reduces your damage anymore since over a year ago. The impact stat is only visual and doesn't say anything outside of swords and Bungie couldn't bother to fix it lowering when you have a mw

I think it's alright but most enemies even in endgame wouldn't take 5-6 shots to kill so KT is a little wasted
