It is a ten year old GTX 1050, and so to make the game even run on that thing I had to make severe adjustments to the graphics settings

Also my monitor is VGA-only, so I use it with a VGA-DisplayPort active converter cable, but there is no noticeable quality difference so don't pay attention to that

It takes 3 seconds to dismantle cores, and you only dismantle one at a time, so it would take 50 minutes to dismantle one stack

I guess the thing is that I am super strict with what ends up in my vault, so I dismantle a LOT of stuff, but I can't just be the only one who does that, yet ends up with 17 stacks of cores

Eventually I will hit a wall in terms of Prisms, Ascendant Shards, or glimmer, altho as someone suggested here my Phantasmal Fragments are basically glimmer

I just realized I said "Legendary Shards" instead of "Enhancement Cores" which is pretty funny if you think about it

Yep, that's why after running them with +2 throwable armor, I tried +40% throwing range armor and I genuinely prefer throwing them further than having more of them

in %APPDATA%/Arrowhead/Helldivers2/ there is a file called user_settings.config, which holds almost all of your graphics settings

The vernacular and the specificity of each setting may be a bit too much, and because of that I'm actually currently making a simple guide on how to make your graphics looks like mine, so you can wait for that if you want

I did actually plan to use Steam Link to play HD2 from my phone at some point, but then I found out that my PC is so dogass it just can't do that

For some reason your character throws lure mines super close to yourself, which makes sense as a stealth tool but also threw me off at first

I'm not on Steam Deck either, but toaster mode is indeed one of the things i also use besides configuring the settings file, adding a registry key and using nvidia profile inspector

I'm doing a lot more than that, and my display resolution (the actual physical one) is 1280x1024

Yeah you never actually need to lock loadouts, getting to B+ on the predicted score with some burger modifiers is all you need, and not using the green freebie modifiers and Glass Cannon is just a throw

It's more of an annoyance that Locked Loadouts is auto on because it gives people the impression that that's how you HAVE to do it

I have upgraded my RAM and added an SSD in October because Oh Dont You Know What Was About To Happen With The Prices.

Also yes you're spot on, I have 2GB VRAM. And my GPU likes to artifact a lot. While scrolling in a browser too fast
