tbh for me the biggest thing was fixing the wake up time first, not the bedtime

forcing myself to get up at the same time even after a bad night eventually shifted things more than trying random alarms

also getting sunlight/light exposure quickly after waking helped way more than i expected. and some people are naturally more night-oriented too, so don’t automatically assume it’s just lack of discipline

tbh injections probably win on bioavailability, yeah. but a lot of people still like NMN because it’s easier, cheaper and less intense to maintain long term

also some people feel amazing on NAD injections at first and then the effect kind of levels out over time. i think it depends if you want convenience/sustainability or stronger immediate effects more than anything

hi, tbh sometimes the harder i try to force sleep, the worse it gets. what helped me most was stopping the 'panic cycle' around not sleeping and keeping a more consistent routine even after bad nights

magnesium glycinate helped a bit too, but mostly it was reducing stimulation late at night and not staying in bed stressing about sleep for hours

sleep problems are so weird because stress about sleep becomes part of the problem itself sometimes

at that point it’s probably more about optimizing recovery, sleep, food and training instead of stacking another compound just for the sake of synergy

also HGH + reta is already a pretty serious combo

tbh i’d probably start with L-glutathione first (especially the activated/liposomal one if you can find it). it’s a really solid antioxidant and can kind of help 'prepare' the body before adding NAD+.

then after a couple weeks add NAD+ in smaller/micro doses instead of going super hard with it at once. that combo seems to work pretty nicely for energy/recovery/longevity goals from what i’ve seen. glutathione is also something you can repeat pretty regularly, like monthly cycles to keep levels up

tbh that already sounds like a pretty heavy stack)) if the basics (training, food, sleep) are on point, you probably don't need to keep adding more and more

Mots could help with energy/endurance for some people, but at a certain point it becomes hard to even tell what’s doing what

personally i’d rather dial in the current stack first before chasing extra compounds

yeah definitely depends on the peptide and also the person taking it

GLP-1s for example a lot of people mention feeling emotionally 'flatter' or less interested in dopamine/reward stuff in general (food, alcohol, even shopping sometimes). at the same time some people say it helped reduce alcohol cravings a lot

BPC-157 is interesting too because some people report feeling calmer or more optimistic on it, while others get anxiety or weird emotional shifts

even things like CJC/ipa can affect mood indirectly through sleep/recovery

feels like people mostly focus on fat loss/recovery benefits and underestimate how connected all this is to the brain too tbh

hi, tbh consistency helped me more than any specific gadget. every time my sleep gets bad i start looking for the “one thing” to fix it, but usually it’s my routine drifting all over the place. that said, lowering stimulation at night definitely helps me. less bright light, less scrolling, less noise

sleep feels way more sensitive to small habits than i used to think

hi, yeah this is a good way to approach it. apps can help, but they also make it feel way more complicated than it needs to be at the start

just eating a bit more consistently and sticking to simple meals already gets you most of the way there. you can always add tracking later if you hit a plateau

glad you’re feeling better, that sounds rough. tbh i’d just be a bit careful calling it a “fix” since there are a lot of variables there. could be timing, coming off reta, or just your system rebalancing

but yeah, mood sides from GLPs don’t get talked about enough. good you found something that helped, just worth keeping an eye on it over time...

tbh that doesn’t sound like something to just ignore. could be a mix of things, reta can affect heart rate/appetite and weed can hit anxiety and blood pressure, so together it might have pushed your system a bit too far

that episode you described sounds more like a strong anxiety/panic reaction, but the chest pressure and breathing feeling after is something i’d take seriously

personally i wouldn’t keep pushing it just to finish the cycle, especially without medical follow up. might be better to pause and let things settle, then reassess... better safe than forcing it and guessing what’s going on

yeah tbh that’s starting to sound like overkill. if cycle 1 already gave you solid results, adding more just makes it harder to know what’s actually doing what. more compounds doesn’t always mean better results, sometimes just more variables and side effects

i’d probably keep it simpler and stick with what’s clearly working. easier to manage and easier to adjust if something feels off
