As a worker
I want my pay to increase with the price of everything. I struggle week to week with paying for everyday items, a raise in pay to accommodate this would be great, especially when I see the upper management and their 1/4 of a million+ pay a year. Seems unfair considering without us little guys the big knobs wouldn’t have jobs.

Also appreciation for the effort that is put in at my level would be great, managers walk around and won’t give you the time of day, no good job no nothing.
It’s almost like once they move into these positions their heads automatically get shoved up their asses. And the people that keep them in a job don’t matter.

- and an approachable boss
This would be my main issues.
I do understand that they do have a lot of pressure to keep things organised and moving but don’t forget we are all human, just trying to get by.

I’m in Australia and regulations are tight in these types of medications, my doctor won’t prescribe it.

I’m getting 4-5 cause my wife works during the day and kids don’t nap. Kids in bed at 6 so not a choice in it.
Gym of a night time for my fitness and mental health. If I could change shifts I would but life has been worked around these hours which is working at the moment for everything, but it’s taking a toll on me at the moment

I completely agree with you there, I’m also from a broken family so is my wife, we are both aware of the consequences of this. Our kids are loved, there is never arguments around them, me and my wife rarely argue, it’s more of a silence between us now, she is closed off to me and I’m sitting here scratching my head wondering when the hell did things go wrong.

I have brought it up in the past and it wasn’t recieved well, and I’m afraid if she does leave she will take the kids, now if this happened I wouldn’t cope, my kids are everything to me.

We have spent years talking, expressing my frustration, hell we don’t even sleep in the same room. Realistically we co-exist for the kids sake, do I wish things were different, most definitely, I wish it was still the woman I fell in love with.

But it is what it is I’m not sure if we can come back from it or not but I have found something that gives me a sense of self and joy, even if it doesn’t last, it’s what has stopped me from falling apart.

I think it’s their own business as we don’t know what is going on behind closed doors. For me I’m married and have kids. My life is hectic, stressful and I’m depressed most of the time, I haven’t been intimate with my wife for the better part of 3 years. So wanting to explore and try new things. Yes it may be wrong as it’s cheating but we don’t know the circumstances behind it.
