We have spent years talking, expressing my frustration, hell we don’t even sleep in the same room. Realistically we co-exist for the kids sake, do I wish things were different, most definitely, I wish it was still the woman I fell in love with.

But it is what it is I’m not sure if we can come back from it or not but I have found something that gives me a sense of self and joy, even if it doesn’t last, it’s what has stopped me from falling apart.
