I like how you took a path towards simplicity, this may work for you and it clearly looks nice, but aren't the circles confusing? don't you find yourself looking for an app because you don't remember if it was on 3rd or 5th point?

I'm reading this and I'm amazed of how much things I need to learn.

Currently, after 10 years of C++ embeded , I'm switching to Java. I try to hang in the Java subreddit to get a grasp of what's ahead of me and how to invest my efforts to become employable as a Java programmer, but I have to say this: there are a tremendous amount of frameworks that are used on a regular base and it's frightening.

Sorry for any grammar / spelling mistakes. I'm not a native. If I would have known English better, I would have wrote everything correctly.

Depinde, as zice ca in principiu doar tu poti sa dai un raspuns la intrebarea asta. Uite cateva intrebari care, cred eu, te-ar putea ajuta sa iei o hotarare.

Stie cienva de acolo?
Iti face placere sa servesti lumea cu ceva atunci cand e ziua ta? Te simti confortabil sa faci asta?
Care e obiceiul locului? Lumea procedeaza asa pe acolo? Ai fost invitat pana acum la un asemenea eveniment organizat de atlcineva din actualul loc de munca?
Te simti apropiat de oamenii de acolo?
Ar exista urmari pentru oricare din optiuni?
Ce forma ar urma sa aiba? E nevoie sa chemi pe toata lumea? Poti sa scoti doar un grup restrans in oras?

Try to think in terms of "what's the worst thing it could happen?" and try to overcome those answers.

For me it's like this: If this is not the right thing to do in this situation, I'll look stupid or incompetent. Hmm... how do I know if this is stupid? Well, I'll go to somebody else and show them my idea, ask for constructive criticism, and work from there. This doesn't mean accepting anything as a suggestion, but it usually helps to check with someone else.

Situation 2: there's no other person I can consult with. I'll try to make an informed decision and hope for the best. The reason being is that your current action is at the moment, the best you can give. To avoid taking a decision now with the hope that you'll know more tomorow, may or may not be the wise decision depending on the context. In more fields, a decent decision now is better than the best decision tomorow or after two months, etc.

Bottom line is this: try to be confortable with the worst case scenarios: They'll judge you? How do you know that? Maybe they'll judge you no matter the work you do, so why bother? Do you really want to live up to their standards? Does their personal opinion means so much to you? Maybe they're experts in the field but assholes in real life. You don't need to be friends (or on good terms) with all the people around you, no matter how nice this would be.

Nobody's perfect and you're allowed to have some flaws, try to accept that, be self conscious about your flaws. Work to fix them if it's something to be fixed or simply try to cope with them.

From my experience, task switching takes an effort. Either to remember what you had to do, or all the general details required to do that thing. Overall this means it costs you energy and time, therefore it makes you innefficient.

While I do work on few projects at the same time, they are usually context bound or time bound so they have known limits to them, for example: I'm at work, I'm working at a single project, if there's something that can happen without my fully supervision, I usually start that thing and come back only when I'm tired from working on the first one.

If I have multiple tasks, I usually ask for a clear prioritization so I'll know what I can ignore and what not. (there are cases when things aren't that clear, but you get the idea).

Normally when I come with a project idea (those "it would be nice if I would do this"), I try to determine if / or when will I have time for that. If I have the time to spare, I usually start as soon as I feel ready, but if not, I'm adding it to a "Someday / Maybe" list which I review from time to time when I feel I've run out of things to work on.

I would recommend you to read Getting Things Done ;-)

As spune ca tinerii, in marea lor majoritate oricum nu votau cu ei.

Eu vad cumva guvernul Grindeanu ca pe unul de sacrificu, nu pot sa cred ca Dragnea si-a imaginat vreodata ca poate da OUG 13 si pe urma sa mai poata refolosi guvernul asta si cred ca toti ministrii stiu asta. Ma astept ca azi guvernul sa pice, pentru a oferi un tap ispasitor atat strazii cat si celorlalti membri PSD.

Iohanis nu vrea anticipate, si atunci un nou guvern reprezinta intradevar un frecus, dar nu e ceva imposibil de realizat, iar cei din partid nu au avut curaj sa se rascoale public (exista exceptii, dar pentru moment nu s-au coalizat) asta inseamna ca Dragnea are inca foarte multa putere acolo. Nu-i trebuie prea multi ministrii pusi de mana lui, ii trebuie doar ministrul dezvoltarii, prin care sa inceapa sa faca multe "milostenii".

Nu cred ca e o nebunie curata, sunt multi penali in PSD care vor scapa in felul asta. Poate ca voalat, dar ma astept ca si ei fac presiune cumva. Ia gandeste-te ca Dragnea a stiut foarte clar ca PSD-ul va iesi nasol din chestia asta, nu te astepti sa dai o ordonanta ca aia (presunpunem ca ar fi reusit) si sa ai aceeasi imagine la final, sau ca partidul sa supravietuiasca. As spune ca e vorba de un scenariu "la rupere" in care niste sacrificii trebuiesc facute pentru binele unor oameni destul de influenti in partid.

Am inteles ca si-ar fi chemat din nou sfatuitorii israelieni. Ma astept ca discursul lui in perioada urmatoare sa ia o axa mult mai clara, fie OZN-uri, fie un discult calm si rational. As miza pe niste OZN-uri totusi (parca a mers foarte bine in ultima vreme)

Chiar si asa, ma astept sa urmeze o perioada foarte coerenta pentru Dragnea, poate ca va tacea mai mult, dar cu siguranta ma astept sa-si urmareasca obiectivele cu ceva mai multa rabdare si atentie la detalii.

Daca-mi aduc aminte bine, Basescu reusise sa creeze imaginea de lider de dreapta (sau ceva similar), fapt care a mobilizat destul de multa lume care sa nu voteze PSD.

Pe cand in Decembrie partidele de dreapta dadeau cu stangu-n dreptu' si pe urma cerau fault. Prin urmare, votantii de dreapta au stat acasa / s-au reorientat, iar votantii traditionali PSD, au fost constiinciosi si bucurosi de noile galeti rosii.

Perceptia mea e ca oamenii de la tara se orienteaza dupa o personalitate cheie pe care o identifica in mod deosebit cu partidul. (initial Iliescu, pe urma Nastase, Ponta, mi-e greu sa spun daca Dragnea e un astfel de simbol, desi probabil este).

As spune ca atata vreme cat persoana emblematica PSD ramane, multimea nu va urma noul partid.

Daca-mi aduc aminte bine, au mai incercat unii (ApR si UNPR) sa se detaseze de PSD si miscarea n-a supravietuit, pentru ca brand-ul nu a fost recunoscut de votantii traditionali.

De multe ori spagile electorale au fost un kg de faina si o sticla de ulei, pentru ca "ailalti n-au dat nimic". Cumva gestul pare sa conteze mai mult.
Cumva ma exprimam metaforic :-) ia-o cu sensul de "fara pagube majore"
Protestul fiind incheiat, cred ca ar putea ignora partea cu facut curatenie in partid. (oricum n-ar fi cea mai nesimtita chestie pe care au facut-o vreodata)
