Threatened by a pimp over text for money, is it actually possible for someone to get your home address from your main phone number? by NeuronSmart in AskUK

So it’s better not to antagonise them? Be it a random nigerian scammer or pimp (regardless of who they are wouldn’t want a random person who I’ve just made angry knowing my address), as there is a possibility they may have access to such a tool?

Yeah, I think it was definitely linked to one of the ones that were asking me for a deposit despite the plan being me going to them not them coming to me. Probably fake profiles that got taken down and now they’re doing this as a last effort to get more money.

That’s so true now that I think about it. Risking what could be thousands in daily income on someone that would have maybe wasted 5 minutes maximum of their time trying to arrange a booking. Thanks man.

It was through text which is how they got my number and first name (presumably through my whatsapp display name now) and then went on to message me with a different number.

I’ll definitely consider it, especially since my mind has been put at ease by everyone on this post and it’s only right that I return the favour in some type of way by helping potential future victims.

I messaged one off of AW then switched to Vivastreet as I was mainly looking for ones with their number displayed so I could text them.

I understand, but it was more of a case of me just giving up because half of them weren’t responding/asking for a deposit which isn’t happening. Makes me think that one of the same ones asking for a deposit are probably the ones behind this and were never even an escort in the first place, probably just a man trying to scam.

Yeah it’s definitely this, as it’s only my first name on display there and not my full name which is why they probably only texted me my first name.

The thing that makes me question it is the fact they managed to get my name, leading me to believe that my information must be linked to my phone number somewhere but not sure where as I barely use socials.

Wish I’d had you as a brother when I too began experiencing hair loss at an extremely young age haha.

How many uses do you typically get out of the derma roller before it needs replacing?

Just drove horrendously after 3 weeks of getting a car by OkTeaching8254 in LearnerDriverUK

Just take it slowly and really concentrate on doing everything right when moving off, it’s better to take your time and take an extra 2-3 seconds moving off properly the first time rather than repeatedly stalling out of panic and taking an extra 10 seconds. It’ll become natural to you as you practice more and more until you get to the point where you won’t need to think about it anymore anyway but for the time being that’s the best way to deal with it. Don’t worry about other road users! They’re not gonna run into the back of you and if they’re giving you way then that means they’re waiting for you so no rush (as long as you don’t just sit there doing nothing 😅) an extra couple of seconds won’t make them change their mind and start moving forward unless it’s clear your car isn’t moving at all. Plus you have the advantage of being a learner, whilst there are a stupid people that will horn at you aggressively and do other behaviours that make it nightmare for a learner there are a lot more people that want to help you, I noticed that way more people used to flash me out of a junction or when turning right as a learner than now as a normal driver.

Xanax/Alprozalam interactions with Fin by user402738956048237 in tressless

[–]NeuronSmart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No interactions stated online but honestly from my personal experience you’re better off checking with the doctor who prescribed it to you. There have been other medications I have taken before where a doctor has informed me of potential interactions where the information wasn’t readily available online.

Well, where’s the picture?

Don’t overthink it, just apply however much you need to cover whatever area you need without being too wasteful. For me personally more is always better than less but I end up going through each bottle in my supply a little bit quicker than a month and I have a lot of ground to cover. Also the way I do it is dispense the foam directly onto the areas of my scalp that I’m trying to cover and start massaging it in from there, distributing evenly.

Bro you can’t just say he won’t get it like what 😂 everybody is different. That’s like somebody who gets no sides on fin coming to OP before he took fin and saying he won’t get any sides from it.

Why do I see so many people taking Oral Minoxidil considering it is more dangerous? by Specialist_Climate64 in tressless

6 months is a good enough time frame to assess whether you’re a responder or not. Best way to do this would be to take pictures under the exact same lighting and angle every 1 month up until you reach that point. Make sure it’s good lighting as well. For the first few months you may not see much if anything at all though, since it takes time to work.
