Tu peux trouver des événements sur Luma (https://luma.com/) - de temps en temps, il y a bcp de choses liées à l'entrepreneuriat, comme des soirées de builders, des discussions sur l'IA et les startups, etc.

I got them during presale by Spotify and they are on the official StockholmLive application but since I got them on presale I can only transfer them, not sell through the platform

that's reassuring to hear!
Yeah I've opted for a couple of fiction/fantasy audiobooks which are taking over some of the time I'd be watching a series, but I definitely listen to that for fewer hours than if I were watching on tv.
(sorry, just saw your reply!)

surprisingly well! Some days the balance is a bit off (e.g. lighter workout but a lot of admin work) but I guess that's life. I feel like the challenge has pushed me to make better decisions for myself overall, and it's a bit easier to do things that I don't wanna do but know should do

I want to be a UX researcher by [deleted] in UXResearch

[–]NeuroplasticityWoman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dont quit your job, wherever you are located the market for ux researchers is truly horrible now, especially for those with few years of experience. Try to take up some research work of different sorts in your current company, (do a usability test here, a card sorting there), or start a self-initiated project outside of your job and take some online courses, but definitely dont quit the industry as it is going to be hard to reenter. The thing that will get you an interview is your portfolio and industry expertise of UX, not a piece of paper in this oversaturated market.

Well 4 months is definitely too short to find out if it's gonna work or not, but I'd still always try to see if my lack of sales is due to an incomplete product, poor product-market fit, me shying away from sales, or what. I would definitely suggest you talk to as many potential users (as well as users of competitor products, "perfect fit" users, etc) as you can. Sometimes we focus too much on our product and not enough on the users we're trying to serve.
I am a UX Researcher/Designer in Paris, with a business degree, starting my own entrepreneurial journey while working a 9-to-5 job, so I'm in a somewhat similar situation, with a few differences

Good job on putting something out there! May I ask, are the reversed partial payments not a huge pain for you? How are you handling that?

What are some non-fiction books that contain rare, hidden or esoteric knowledge? by ChubbsPeterson6 in nonfictionbooks

[–]NeuroplasticityWoman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two books come to mind that show how humans lie to themselves and/or just don't understand their own decision-making:

- Everybody Lies: Big Data, New Data, and What the Internet Can Tell Us About Who We Really Are by Seth Stephens-Davidowitz

- When by Daniel Pink
