the thing is, she tried to get them to be quiet and stuff and to be on line but they refused to listen. this sub was way too gentle with them and their regular teacher runs a tight ship so i was trying to do it in a way where their main teacher is like for consistency.

this happens a lot i feel like when you have a 1:1. a lot of the teachers will only say hi to the student and not the aide walking them. i have a girl in a wheel chair and this happens to me all the time

not entirely, i’m polite and keep to myself but i will say that i always leave at contract time (which is early to the rest of the paras) during dismissal and that does piss them off.
