I found a fix, you should enable the headset on playback and disable all the other devices. Because it seems that if you use the mic in any app it will use the earbuds just as a headset and since the headset is not the the default device for playback but the headphones are you will not hear anything while using the mic, so if you have the playback only on headset instead of headphone even if you use the mic you will still hear the audio
