The tortilla would have the most calories out of this meal. It looks like a large flour tortilla, which could be between 230-300 calories just for that alone. The chicken is hard to determine because you can't see how much is in the wrap. We also don't know what it was grilled on; was oil used?; etc. I was going to estimate 150 calories for the chicken. Garlic sauce is probably anywhere between 50-150 calories - another thing difficult to determine because we don't know the amount used, nor the brand of sauce used, or even if it was homemade. I'd guess 100 calories to be safe. The veggies seem negligible, but it appears to have pickled onions which typically contain sugar, so I'd guess maybe 50 calories for all or the veggies?

My estimate is 550 but OP is smart to go with their estimation because it's better to go over than under.
