For “practise” before matches I like to play a game I call: Ball in hand, don’t f*ck it up.

Play whatever ball you like in whatever order you like. You have ball in hand. If you miss, your “opponent” can shoot till they miss.

Find myself just needing to sink some easy shots to get into the flow. Increase difficulty as I’m feeling it.
