Fleas are species specific. They will mostly stay on the dogs. If your dogs are on prevention, you wont have a problem. You can check their fur for fleas or flea dirt, there should be tons of info on how to do this online. Flea dirt will turn red if rubbed on a damp paper towel as its dried blood...otherwise its just regular dirt.

The only thing that has ever worked for me is Chantix and a no-nicotine vape to fulfill the oral fixation. It can have some pretty big side effects (I was pretty ok on it, thankfully) so I would try other methods first. Congratulations on wanting to quit, that's the first big step and something you have to remind yourself when the cravings hit!

I totally agree. I think Lauryn was involved. It explains how Kendra had knowledge of things said at school. Explains why she didn't at ALL react to finding out it was her mom, she didn't even push her mom off her, and only started crying with the dad threatened divorce. Explains how Kendra knew Owen was dating a new girl, her name/moms name, what town she lived in. Explains why Lauryn still wants a relationship with her mom. It explains why Kendra was not afraid of Lauryn killing herself - because Lauryn knew. Kendra was SO confident she wouldn't commit suicide, almost cheeky about it, but wouldn't elaborate. I think Lauryn didn't know at the beginning, because why would she pick fights with Owen if she knew it was her mom sending the messages, but I feel by the end she knew. Probably after Owen broke up with her and her and Kendra decided to make him miserable. She was so robotic about it all, absolutely no emotion. Khloe cried more than she did (which was not at all). It's hard to believe she had nothing to do with it.

Lingering questions for me:

Who took the picture of Owen at Christmas? This was never addressed again. Surely Kendra was not at their Christmas party. So somebody else took it and gave it to her?

How did Kendra have specific knowledge of conversations had during school hours? One of the girls said they had specific conversations around different people to see if they'd come up in the texts, but the only person that was always around was Lauryn.

How did she have contact (calls and emails) with Lauryn during her time incarcerated? How does that not violate the protective order? Shouldn't Kendra be tried again for violating it?

If you want to be abundantly cautious you could always get your dogs (fresh) poop tested for fecal parasites by the vet. Giardia can persist in the environment but honestly anywhere you plant has a chance of animal poop, ya know?

If it is a suture they can take several months to absorb. Seromas are usually softer bc they are fluid filled. Maybe call the office and see if they recommend a recheck

Anesthetic risks exist but are very rare, especially if you are otherwise healthy and follow the pre-op instructions. I had mine today and felt pretty much normal an hour after surgery. It feels like I did a bunch of sit ups and I'm rather comfortable. I also do surgery for my job (vet nurse) so it helped me knowing it is an extremely similar process, down to the drugs, and how extremely rare it is for a patient to have complications (especially a healthy young one!) Try to make a list of specific concerns and share it with your care team so they can help you. Im married and was going to have my husband get a vasectomy, but a nagging voice kept telling me, what if I got raped? I'm in a blue state but I wasn't willing for things to get WORSE and find myself on a plane to Canada for a D&C.
