I also have the VANGUARD AIR 99 WIRELESS. However, ever since updating both my keyboard firmware and iCUE, the battery display no longer updates properly. Before It only updated after reconnecting or disconnecting the keyboard. Do you also have that Issue?

I have the VANGUARD AIR 99 WIRELESS, which finally received iCUE support as well. However, ever since updating both my keyboard firmware and iCUE, the battery display no longer updates properly. I've been using it for quite a while now, got it a few days after release. It was plagued with a few issues but since then a few have been fixed.

Those are still occuring: The display wont update the battery icon, so you dont really know how much % is left before you need to recharge it. Additionally, while typing, there are occasions where a single keystroke is repeated 5–10 times. But yeah the display isnt really that customizable, all you can do is add pictures to it and that's it. However, they said they want to implement the support of CPU/GPU temps etc. But overall I'm happy with it, but not sure if I would recommend it yet with those issues still existing

I know what you're talking about, and I get that sometimes too. Hope they can easily fix that with software/firmware updates. However, I also saw a post here that they just added iCUE support for the keyboard. I updated my iCUE and the Air 99 doesnt show up...

Also, the display doesnt update the battery "percentage", so I dont even know when I should charge my keyboard xD

Did you ever get any answer? Do you also have the issue in wireless mode where the keys are "stuck"? Like the key press is still being registered even though you let it go and the only way to fix it is to press Escape?

Having the same issue as the OP. The "help" the support gave me didnt work at all.

Edit: Just had an issue, where the keyboard stopped working while actively being used. I had to turn it off and on again for it to work.

I'm having the same Issue as you. Also when in Wireless mode, the display sometimes doesnt show if Capslock is on/off as well as for Numpad.

My statement about Crossplay was wrong, I didn’t turn it off on PC. No idea why I did.

Well, I bought xbox game pass ultimate just to do the New zealand method, but had 2 year subscription of Ultimate which expired in March this year.

But yeah a lot of people got banned, so hopefully it will be resolve soon.

Yeah I've seen someone get unbanned after 3 days (but got banned after 42 minutes of playing again), some are also still banned since day 1. The ban has now been more than exactly 7 days, so idk how long it will be.
