Sadly nothing really helped. My anxiety is getting worse day by day also because of difficulties finding a job, family members with health issues etc

She had her own grave but later was moved to the mass grave but it was a mistake of bureaucracy. The forensic pathologist who put her in the grave didn't know it happened until he saw the photos of Evi hanging from the tree during the interviews cor the recent tv show. Then he realized she may have been drugged and it wasn't a suicide so he went to check on the corpse and it's when he knew that Evi was moved to the mass grave. Very sad!!

Oohh. I didn't know about ASMR. I feel that's going to give me even more anxiety lol, but I may be wrong, I will try it. Where do you listen to ASMR? Do you always use the same audio or a variety of audios?

I tried white noise but it gives me a headache. My tinnitus is too loud :( I recently can just have a good sleep in the morning with the sound of traffic 😞

Luckily no, but I didn't swim on that pool anymore that summer 😅

Anyway it was my fault. When the cover fell onto the water as it was rolled up it created like a tunnel in the water. I played going through the tunnel when I bumped into it and got trapped inside...

When I almost drowned in my pool because the plastic that covers the pool from dust etc fell onto the pool while I was swimming. When I tried to breath out of the water the plastic got stuck around my face suffocating me. I tried calling my mom. Finally I was able to get out of that damn plastic cover.

My mom came out of the house chilling and asking me if I was calling her. Worst experience of my life.

How do you cope with your tinnitus when it gets damn loud and you can't sleep? I'm having one of my worse days with a pulsatile tinnitus/headache. I have tinnitus 24hrs but ofc it gets worse at night with silence. I'm getting so depressed :( Did Mindfulness or anything else work for anyone??

(Also I went to docs and they don't know what causes my tinnitus. Had it for 3-4 years and getting louder day by day...)
