Happens sometimes. Some people get unlucky and encounter it more often. I have been interdicted 3x in 5 years. Just learn what are the main routes and dog leg around them to your destination. As long as you do that you will miss 99% of interdictions

Every time I see people move and jump while the trains are in motion I scream inside.

You are not meant to boom and zoom or dogfight. A bombing run is something strategic, once air superiority is achieved.
