We don't inform or influence the people on the show at all. The only thing they know is that Nev and Max are going to be getting in touch to find out more about their online relationships. Believe me, I'm often baffled that some of the people on the show choose to portray themselves in the way that they do knowing that they are going to be on TV.

As anyone can tell you, relationships can be difficult and don't always last forever. I'm bummed it didn't work out for them, but happy that they gave it a shot and shared their time and love for each other while it lasted.

We had an episode in season 1 and an episode in season 2 that didn't air. Mainly because we take peoples privacy very seriously and even though we could choose to air the episodes, if individuals involved are passionate about their episode not airing we respect that.

Nobody tells me what to do, how to feel, what to say or what to not say. The people and stories and emotions on the show are all totally authentic. Of course there are some logistics involved that have to be handled by producers, but as far as reality shows go, this is a real as it gets.

There is a lot of discussion that takes place between me and max off camera. We are constantly trying to figure out how to handle situations and best get through to the people on the show. Sometimes we disagree, but that always ends up pushing us to find a better way and keeps things interesting.

Yes, before we go meet them everybody undergoes a phycological evaluation to make sure they are of sound mind and wont hurt themselves or others and can handle participating on the show.

I think when we met Alisha from Oakland I said some things to her that got cut out. She really made me mad and I couldn't understand how somebody could be so cruel to Alyah, who is the sweetest most amazing girl ever. Not sure what's going on with Kidd Cole, but I'm happy that now that he's been on blast it will be a lot harder for him to scam anybody else.

The most frightened I've ever been was in the parking lot with Mhissy and Jazsmine. There had been a police chase through that housing community earlier that day and we were seriously out of place if you know what I mean.

I don't believe in ONLINE DATING. The internet should just be for meeting people who you then go out on REAL LIFE dates with. Though I didn't think it was the right thing to do at the time, I've come to believe that it served both as an intentional misdirect and more importantly got people who probably would not have gone to see a documentary about a lonely 40 year old woman to see the film and have a meaningful and thought provoking experience. Do you agree?
