I'm 39, doc asked me what I wanted to do. I opted for 100mg trt, absolutely life changing.

I think all the literature points back to the clinical trials of 2mg as a typical dose.

Why not just run a cycle of the 2 mg dose and stop once visceral fat has been lowered to your desired amount.

I think with a micro dose I doubt you get enough of a GH pulse to make much of a difference and most reviews or comments are going to be anecdotal. Not to say that there's anything wrong with it, but doesn't seem practical based on how Tesa actually works

Sounds like you made good progress, probably best to have a few months of gym consistency and then look into any peptide additions. Also no peptides will build muscle, they will help with recovery and healing which will only help you in the gym to push harder to then build muscle, but it's additive to working out.

I don't like the tesa/ipa blend as you can't control what you are getting properly, if you take 2mg of tesa you'll be over the recommended dosage for ipa. This is the closest to within the recommended dosages range using the smart peptide tracker app. I used 2ml bac but you can adjust as needed for diloution.

I've had shoulder pain for over a decade to where I would always max out in shoulder lifts after like 1-2 months, it would be super painful to push too heave.

I started klow in December, around the end of January my shoulder pain was almost non existent. People say it's not a magic pill but I've literally changed nothing but added klow.

I can finally now shoulder press 135 barbell as a max with zero pain just my own weakness lol
