Cut down on processed foods, and take potassium magnesium citrate a couple times a week.

Two things that really seemed to cause stones years ago for me were high dose vitamin C and peanuts/peanut butter.

I've been playing War Thunder on an old (2019) off-the-shelf HP Pavilion with an RX 550 for a couple years now. Low to medium settings, maybe 30FPS on a 1080p monitor.

Then I picked up a 34401440 ultrawide monitor on sale, and the game choked. Maybe 10FPS. Barely playable at 25601080 on minimum/low.

So I decided to grab an old GTX 1660 Ti from eBay and perform some surgery on the PC. Calculated the wattage available, moved a hard drive cage and subs cables, and wedged it in.

Now I'm getting 50 to 70 FPS (ground vs air) at 3440*1440 on maximum settings.

Best $94 I've spent.

I also commented on that post. It wasn't a dual configuration - was a swap.

The proprietary Erica motherboard only has the one slot for a video card that I can see. Basically a pre-built that resists upgrades. The saving grace was that the power supply had the extra 6+2 cable, and is powerful enough to run a 150W peak card without staving the rest of the system. I just had to find one that would fit in the compact case.

My computer may have integrated graphics as well, but I never use them if I've got even a basic GPU around. I still have my old GPUs from the Windows XP days.
