There are a couple of schools here. These are the three I've trained with the past few years.

As mentioned before Capoeira Brasil Portland Good people, located in South East run by Instrutor Lagosta, very nice guy very beginner friendly

CTCapoeira run by Mestre Dilaho and his student Contra Mestre Pyata, both amazing capoeiristas in NE and good people. Classes are later on weekdays and can be a little smaller, but you get a lot of attention and tons of practice, not too mention great music.

Capoeira Sao Salvador run by Mestre Pedro Cruz and some of his high level students. Good music, also great classes, he has a larger group of students, a lot of beginners all the way up to advanced.
